my connection has been acting up lately for the past 3 to 4 months before mw3 came out... i have a 50mbps down and 5up speed... i've tried 2 new modems 2 new routers a new xbox different tv's and all sorts of av cables.... i've searched running computers to see if i was botted or if it had a rat... and so far so good... i've done anuator db's to lower the power level on the downstream power because i noticed they were a little high... i've tried forwarding ports... DMZ and still no luck... HELP

My ping averages between 300 and 500... I pay for 10mbps, but if im connecting out of my state I will get a max of 3mbps... HELP ME
