the problem is...when your really sick and your boss makes you feel obligated that you have to come back to work , even if your not feeling well.. and you dont wanna see a doctor or your sick time is all used up.....that sucks :( if the boss can take time off for being sick and not feel obligated to have to come back with a doctors excuse..why cant employees also have that right ? :)

i cant imagine going to a resterant with a sick chef... i wouldnt want to go there... they'd spread it to everyone they served.. eeew
