Two and a Half Men started out pretty legit and then got lame, as do most shows. Even this one started out with amazing writing then took a dive in the last few seasons. It's tough because we want our favorite shows to go on forever, but the longer they stretch the worse the storylines tend to get. I sincerely cannot think of a sitcom from the 80s/90s that stayed equally funny in its later seasons as its beginning ones.
