@navysealguy Oh come on. The issue is one of a PR debacle. The branch manger chose to hide behind corporate policy rather than use some courage and allow the flags to fly. That's enough to make me want to avoid BOA from now on.

The memorial is a great idea, though.

@here882 The basic issue is that the branch manager of a bank decided to rely on corporate policy rather than a basic sense of honor and decency. The result was that a Marine and his family were insulted and the bank lost a great deal of money as a result. Bank of America believed, incorrectly, that its policies trumped public opinion.
