  • Per fruit or per cup (when applicable) these are typically the highest calorie ones: durian, jackfruit, bananas, mangoes, persimmon, mamey sapote, sapodilla, sweet grapes, red grapefruit, red pomello, lychee, longons (flesh, no seed), large apples

  • no none of that. i was eating all organic and mostly. id say abput 90% processed foods. granola bars refined hexane pressed oils deep fried with french fries and all that good stuff

  • @lumberjak1984 so you think organic is important but it's not important to eat healthy food? i.e. not deep fried, processed, high sugar packaged foods...

Anyone can lose weight eating junk food, you just need to eat less calories then you need and you lose weight. Does not mean you gain your health.

  • i lost a ton of weight eating organic..so iu disagree i think organics top 3 important. at LEASSSSSST

  • @lumberjak1984 Glad you did well, but you probably lost the weight because of what you were avoiding and this would go for conventional too. • Very good video.

  • I place organic produce in my top ten for one important reason. No Fluoride! Fluoride is a poison and a toxin and is found in virtually all non-organic produce. Organic standards and certification require produce to be grown in non toxic, distilled, reverse osmosis or rain water and part of the certification is to check for flouridation of fruits and veggies. If any of the produce is tested positive for fluoride the organic farmer can't get certified.

  • @fredmango76nehhh...eating organic food makes me lean and no!. Ive stopped eating the processed crap years ago. I mostly eat raw and im more toned up then ever. Im not saying it wont work without organic. Everybody is different. I was saying years ago i didnt know much about nutrition. So i was deep frying fries. eating organic pancakes with organic corn syrup, cereals, granola bars u name it. I felt much better on that diet by far then my entire life of eating and i lost a ton of weight.

  • nice video frederic, could you write here a list of fruits with the most calories? thank you.

  • MMMMouth watering
