@dlock5050 watch it again, she looked right and left, nothing coming, she began to walk, still looking, but you can see her hood blocked her view over her right shoulder, the bus comes from "Behind" her right side, enters the junction and obviously has broken the golden rule of bus driving, he should have been already looking into and judging the junction for pedestrians and vehicles so he can plan in advance where best to position the bus to get through, it's not a car, think ahead
@sexyboy2hotty She did, she couldn't see over her right shoulder because of her hood, the bus come from behind her right shoulder After she began crossing, his fault for not survaying the road into which he was driving
@bubblesxxxo She did, her right and left was clear, she started crossing, the bus came from behind, it also came after she started crossing, he obviously wasn't looking at the road he was about to enter, he should have been paying attention to that junction most
@engrish2006 I drove buses for 23 years, he obviously wasn't looking at all, he should have been looking into the area he was heading, the woman had a hood on her coat, she could see right and left but not behind her right shoulder, she could have been more careful but the road was clear to cross, the bus came along after she started crossing from behind her
@photographerireland Thats exactly the problem, you dont look 'where your going' when crossing the road, you look at where cars are coming from. Im not sure legally but realisticly their both at fault. You dont walk in the path of lethal objects without looking if any are coming, thats just ignorant. Then the driver because you dont operate lethal objects without watching for the safety of others. I could understand in the middle of a forrest but she was in a crosswalk!!

@engrish2006 eye contact only works if you're going towards the driver, not if he's coming from behind you
