Cuba is already my first choice vacation. The people are the nicest I've ever met, the food and culture is amazing, and the place is an absolute paradise! It's also the best value in vacations going. It cost us less to go on vacation that it does to just stay at home.

Desde el paso del Acto de Democracia cubano, los EEUU son uno de los que más mandan ayuda humanitaria a Cuba. La mayor parte de ayuda humanitaria son organizaciones que no son gubernamentales que consiste de medicinas y equipo médico. Medicos que vinieron de Cuba dicen que la situación de asistencia médica pobre de la gente cubana resulta de un sistema económico y político que es disfuncional y inhumano. Es fácil culpar el embargo para un sistema cubano que no trabaja y no es justo.

This way you will learn about the real hospitals the cubans have to go, without medicines, running water, full of roaches and no food. ------->That sounds like an Indian / Burmese etc hospital not a Cuban 1. Check HDI Index, compiled by UNDP- Cuba's HDI index classifies it in "HIGH" area. It has HDI in .80s range. U can't do dat if ya got roaches in hospitals w/o medicines. Cub. hospitals are aesthetically bare but they get da job done.

You have to bring your own sheets, the food and the water. The world wildlife fund is probably smoking something if they do not see the destruction of the flora and fauna in Cuba.

i just can't get it, you say that Cuba is under a dictatorship but there is free education and health care, also it is the only country in the whole world according to the WORLD WILDLIFE FUND that has a sustainable economy. So you are telling us that in the US there is democracy when it's always republicans or democrats with 50 % of the people not caring to vote and the insurance companies making a god damn fortune out of their own people and then don't accept to pay the hospital bills?
