ATWT: Luke's Story - Part 37

Furious, Holden tells Lily about finding Kevin's ID and insists Luke is lying to them about seeing Kevin. Lily wants to give the kid the benefit of the doubt, but Holden is ready to go to the school concert and find him. Meanwhile, at the concert, Kevin drags Luke into the locker room and tries to tempt him with a drink. Luke refuses, but when Kevin asks him to hang out with him, he agrees and the two of them start playfully wrestling. Jade sees them, and leaves without making her presence known. Later, Luke freaks when he realizes Jade is gone and rushes home. At first, he thinks she's ratted on him, but then quickly realizes she covered and he's off the hook. Later, after Holden and Lily go to bed, Jade tells Luke he can trust her to keep his secrets; she's family.

They created a locker room for an itty bitty scene and they can't create an apartment for Luke and Noah!!!!! Un-frigging-believable!

Yeah, but remember that this is 2006. That's when the show had a lot more sets because they would take them down and rebuild them all the time. They don't have the money to do that anymore. Right now they have just permanent sets and one spot in the studio for temp sets. They could build a temp set for a day or two, but right now it's not possible to give Nuke a permanent set. It's the way it is.

I wonder if the show gave Luke a kidney problem, had him at death's door, until Van agreed to play a gay dude coming out. Then, once he agreed, viola! New kidney! New story line!

Jade is an excellent lier! I would've done exactly what Luke said he thought Jade would've done: gotten flustered and back tracked and spilled everything.
