People seem to not realize that Banjo is a freakin' bear and going through Grunty's Lair can be anything but a Teddy Bear's Picnic :-P

It's not a coincidence. Teddy Bear Picnic is as ingrained into the public consciousness as Jingle Bells is. Kirkhope obviously knew what the song sounded like when he was composing it. That doesn't mean he did anything unethical. They are two different songs, but it WAS inspired by Teddy Bear Picnic. That is an undeniable fact.

Haha, it's fun hearing different versions of this song. I was given this to learn as a solo on the marimba back in middle school. I suddenly remembered it and decided to play it, but I realized that I'd never heard the original!

@joeslickback His orchestra just performed it. It was composed in 1907 by John Walter Bratton and the lyrics were added in 1932 by Jim Kennedy.
