The person driving the car is Bugatti's official test driver Pierre Henri Raphanel. He was in india with the Veyron which was brought from France to give the people test driving the veyron inputs about driving this beast.

in india the best cars of other countrys are only suvs n crossover becoz they had very good ground clearence rather than that most of the cars r dumbest the other country manufacturers should see da indian roads to make their cars perform better n give good gas millage mainly da sports cars like lambo n ferrari n bugatti n lot of cars

Just so you know the Veyron in India costs 18 INR = 4 million Us dollars. Not 1.8 Mill
I know the people who test drove the car when it came to Hyderabad(the video is where it's taken). 2 were billionaires, and the rest millionaires. ALL FROM THE CITY were people "live on dirt".
Stop asking "imagine how many could be fed for the Veyron's price". What did these people do to earn their Veyron? If you don't understand capitalism, you should NEVER be allowed to own a Bugatti.
