DVS-Purple/Lilac Look [Request]

This was requested by a girl who needs help with a way to make her gorgeous blue-green eyes to pop.
Like it says in the vid I had to do a lil bit of research on how to do that. Doesn't look too amazing on my but I hope it does on her.
