This is so reminiscent of the genius of D'Angelo that speaks to his unique expression through music. When I first heard him I thought he was a compilation of Marvin Gaye, Prince, and Gil Scott Heron. His sensuous rhythms grounded in the Gospel syncopated frames with spirited melodic overtones complemented with the powerful lyrics that tell stories or relate emotions that resonate with us all make him one of the baddest musical artist of his genre. Amen
