Mexican drivers and trucks do not have to abide by American standards, and you will pay for any damage and wear on our roads caused by them.

Why is this so important? This is just Phase One of our government shoving The North American Union down our throats.

DC wants NO border on the south and this does it. Border Patrol have already been ordered not to fire or arrest anyone illegally coming over the border. since most of our industries have been pushed to leave America, many are now in Mexico and they want their goods to be sold in America, thus the total open roads for Mexico, who pays no taxes to keep up those roads. It does not matter that US Trucks can go to Mexico - who will want to risk getting shot there? You get shot on the spot in Mexico

@Engineer245 - The number of trips made has no bearing on the fact that both parties endorse it and both are working to finalize it. If you want to play that game, then you need to remember that the very first thing that Obama did after he took office was to meet with Calderon and Harper in Canada to assure them that he will continue supporting the SPP.
