  • I appreciate your effort, however you might want to try to sound a little more enthusiastic. Also, a buzz roll sounds better with more than just 3 bounces per hand. With only 3 bounces, it sounds choppy.

  • @timetoslowdownisnow Just relating how I was trained. My persussion instructor has a PhD from Hartt School, instructed by Alexander Lepak. That's how he trained me. If you play it smoothly, it does not sound choppy. It's a matter of stick control.
