@tooba1980 You are contradicting yourself when you say this is a free website and everyone can say what they want when you don't allow others to express their different opinions. Learn to take criticism and accept when you are wrong esp. when you yourself are being abusive and discourteous. Lamb or beef it doesn't matter and it's certainly not worth fighting over.
Guys I love ur videos and have learned a lot from it...one thing I noticed in this video is u guys should have used food processor instead of blender..it's way more easier and appropriate

@ukhawaja06 : Shammi Kebabs are meant to melt in the mouth and using a food processor would not break down the meat as fine as using a blender. :)

nice recipe.what if one wants to cook the mince and the lentils over the flame? can it be done? waiting for your insightful reply....

@onoharahigashi : Yes, it can be done. It will take linger and you will have to keep an eye on it, stirring frequently and adding little water at a time. Tip: use a pan that has a tight lid.

If you are cutting on oil you can use a spray like Pam
