Only thing that would have made this chinese fire drill any better is if some frooty nutcase started yelling "Allah-Akbar!!" just after the pipe blew the manhole covers off down the block.

Hmm I think that Pearluck is Canadian, which does not make him illegal. What they were talking about (in short)was that there might have been people in the buildings that might have been injured through the steam. One even thought that it was gas but was informed that it was vapour. Well people like to post in their native language.
