I took self deffense class last night I got strong smash punch from class intractor..I fallen down shake body...after I went emergency..This is not ok, You must carefully too..

Hitting your head that hard on cement is like somebody getting hit in the head with a baseball bat. Potential skull fracture or subdural hematoma which is a blood clot forming on the surface of the brain which will swell and without emergency surgery is often fatal. If you must do stupid skateboard tricks wear a helment and have friends that know what to do. A few years ago some teen sneaked into a skatepark after hours, fell hard, nobody heard his screams, police found him dead in AM.

I'm 44 years old. I have an 11 year old son. The biggest thing I want to know is if this accident made you and every friend you know start wearing a helmet? Why is it so uncool to wear a helmet?! Where did that come from? I guess only old guys like me think it's uncool to NOT wear a helmet. You have to start thinking about your family and friends, how are they gonna react when they hear that you are gone FOREVER because you didn't put on a $20 helmet? Ditch the peer pressure, save your GD life.
