Dr. Satkirin modifying on the mat, with a bouy....easier on shins than the foam rollers. Core burner! Finding stability with the bouy and not collapsing the shoulders adds to full body engagement.

  • hard core stuff. love it

  • @NastyYogaBunny2010 where have you been???

  • What a good idea! Definitely adding that to my list of things to work on. And I can just see the yoga equipment companies jumping on this with special yoga buoys. And the 3 am 6-pack abs infomercials on tv will want to come out with the "yoga buoy AB machine", that manages to preserve the appearance but takes out all the work. I think you have really started something here. That shrimp on the treadmill better look out!

  • @mark55223 I'll be in an informercial with the shrimp any day!!!!!

K-Mart better watch out! Buoy Be Gone! I should do a whole video on using the buoy on the mat....it's actually quite a useful prop, especially for modifications.

  • Who would have thunk it. Nice idea using the bouy.Nice job Satkirin, guess I need to go find a bouy, those foam rollers can be a little tough on the bones. Maybe I can even get Sita to try these.

  • @larryrama Those rollers can be ouchy on the shins, for sure. The buoy also makes you balance more, cause of the flexible 'give'. Sita will love playing around with the buoy!!! She'd have fun with my whole basket of props!!!

Where can one purchase the buoy?? I can't even Google it. I read the reference above to K-Mart. Can they be purchased from that store????

  • Where can one purchase the buoy??? I can't seem to even pull it up on the internet? I read the above reference to K-Mart?? Can they be purchased from this store?

  • @rolandsc I posted this for your core requests----makes that more funny! There's definitely some less-simpler buoy's!!!

I was totally out of breathe after a few rounds. 2 min is lengthy....burn....

  • Now that is a tough one! We do that in my classes sometimes - but we use sliders. A real burn! You have superb form - or course!

When you said you needed a "simple boy" I was about to apply........! LOL
