  • Being from Victoria and now living in Quebec, I would never change my decision to move here. It's beautiful during the winter snowfall and during the summer. Always lots to do and see. As for the people being rude, it's only normally when you don't attempt to speak French. During the past summer, I had a few American tourists who were actually rude to me. Plus, its kind of an unwritten rule that you have to attempt to at least speak some French, only 27% of the population here speaks English
