Video game characters have such weird laughs. For example:

Lord Crump: Buh! Buh! Buh huh huh huh!

Fassad: Nwee hee hee!

Koga: Fufufufufufufufufufu!

Beldam: Mwee hee hee!

Valtome (Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn): Uwee hee hee!

And those are just to name a few.

@RoyalBlueKoga Ah. Well, for all I know, there's another Koga that Lux was talking about, since that's an incredibly common name in anime, manga and J-video games. I think it gets used so much because it symbolizes rivals (like in Inuyasha) and ninja (like in Pokemon). The legendary (though real-life) Iga and Koga areas' ninja (who were rivals) are quite famous in Japan.

@RoyalBlueKoga As you've probably figured out, we were talking about different messages, which I only realized after posting that one from near half an hour ago. I was unsure if I should clarify it on my own, went off to do other things, then decided.

In the Mushroom Kingdom, most folks are near that height, so it'd be easy to find that many. In real-life... many "little people" (P.C. terms sound worse, don't they?) want to go into acting, but can't get jobs, so, there's them.
