last time I checked it was the wealthy in this country who paid the majority of our progressive taxes!! So why would we cut taxes on those Americans who don't pay them anyways?? When are we going to stop blaming the wealthy and trying to " spread the wealth " and start working to fix this economy instead of stealing our childrens future with our debt?

Weren't you listening to the details on the Republicans' alternative stimulus bill? It contained provisions to cut taxes on the middle class and small business.
