I'm shocked no one in here has even mentioned that you're going too fast and not lowering yourself enough (hahaha just joking). You did what, 20 reps there? I bet if you slow down and do them right, 10 reps per set would benefit you a hell of a lot better, plus allow you to crank out more sets. Just saying.

hey guy, you are to fast, you have to do it slower and go more down, you do a minimal distance between highest point and lowest point, little tip ;)

a good idea, but u r doin it way too fast man...it´s less effective and u might get injured, slow down ;)
