Mock-Arbitration by GVSU Students

Expand this description to see the times in the video of key points of the arbitration! Grand Valley students argue an arbitration in front of Arbitrator Spalding using Oovoo video communication. The grievance is based on the unjust firing of Mr. Thad from the school he taught at because he was seen kissing his student-teacher. The video begins during the first witness interview of the student that witnessed the kiss and includes three more witnesses and their interviews from the Employer and the Union teams and concludes with each side's concluding remarks.
