  • You gotta break in the tubes, speaker, etc. mine lost all the shrill treble after a month. I gig small clubs w/ it and am constantly asked how I get such a great tone...

  • That's what Beck uses on stage, crazy

  • If you want a quality little amp, get the Vox DA5. It's solid state but can sound tube-like. . They're discontinued so check eBay

  • WHO THINK'S THE BLUES JR IS BETTER ? I AM IN TWO MINDS WEATHER TO GET THIS OR A BLUES JR FOR HOME USE ONLY, I HAVE A 1975 VIBROCHAMP ALREADY, BUT WANT A SECOND AMP TO GET SOME DIFFERENT SOUNDS, MAYBE A BLUES JR WOULD BE BETTER AS IT SEEMS TO HAVE MORE SOUNDS ? GIVE ME YOUR OPINIONS PLEASE, ANYONE THAT HAS OWNED BOTH, PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE PLUSES AND MINUSES CHEERS

  • @FiestyMclovin

If it boosted everything that wouldn't change the tone. It just boosts the treble end as you turn it up.

  • @BLACKOUTMK2

I would take advantage of the new tube micro-amps that have been coming out. Look at the Blackstar HT-1 or one of the other 1 to 5 watt tube amps that are out. You don't have to spend a fortune, they will be plenty loud (for practicing, not necessarily with a full loud band) and you will get good tube sound.

  • @BLACKOUTMK2 Second hand is always a good option....All the small fender amps are awesome!!

  • The mad swallower strikes again. My lord this guy is an god aweful reviewer.

  • @jay2rocks ... the ac15 pisses all over this amp.
