  • How long did the process actually take for paint and assembley? Did you sand blast it or wire wheel it?

  • We sand blasted all of the parts on the tractor before priming and painting it. We protected critical areas with custom made steel plates that were sealed with silicone and then bolted down tight. The total project was done over a few months.

  • Great video!

Shows all the hard work that goes into a tractor restoration.

I saw an Allis Chalmers "B" at a classic vehicle show here in Australia.

I am an IH fan but I do like the AC model B!

  • Excellent video, the tractor looks great !

  • gotta say wow I mean that looked just like an assembly line putting that tractor back together. I have a 1945 Allis Chalmers WC I bought at a sale in Pennsylvania this year and it runs good and has straight sheet metal. I can't wait to make it look like it rolled off the factory floor.

  • Hey - Nice Action and Details. I rebuilt a Allis Chalmer -1942 a number of years ago and it still runs like a top. One Question - Why build it over top of a PIT, looks a bit unsafe and can't imagine the pain dropping a bolt would create ??

  • i want to hirer these ppl their fast

  • cool. a friend of mine got a 53 B left to his son by the father-in-law. We are doing the same thing. Lots of sandblasting and paint. You gotta love "Persion Orange". check out darrellb791. That's what it did the day we brought it home. Just put the motor and front end on Sat.

  • awesome work..

  • Wow cool i am woking on a ford 8n and it has not ben run in over 40 years and we have ben workin on it off and on for the last 8 years!!!!!!!!!!
