  • out of all the bottles which one would you recommend?

  • @jessaminnn I highly recommend the Avent bottles. The ones with the honey colored plastic. They're awesome! My babies (I've had 3) have never had any issues with spitting up, burping, or colic. I can attest that it is because of the Avent bottles because I've tried other bottles and they start to have problems. Hope this helped. :)

  • IF your using formula you shouldn't be shaking the bottle, that causes so many air bubbles unless you let it settle for a long time, then the shaking was then irrelevant. Stirring is better. Anyhow what do you think about First Years Breastflow?

  • @ZeitIstKurtz I've never had a problem with shaking up the formula. It also depends on the formula too. I use Enfamil and it doesn't foam up as much as say the Walmart brand. It also depends on the bottle you use too. My Avent actually any bubbles away from the milk because of the venting system. That's one of the reasons why they're my favorite. I've never tried the First Years bottles because I already know my baby wouldn't like those nipples. She doesn't like those pacifiers either.

  • i use the honey colored one but it leaks.....why? :(

  • @lanj0721 Mine leak when I don't screw the top on the right way. I find that theres really no way to figure out if you're doing it right or wrong, it's trial and error. It all has to do with the venting design of the bottle. It can be frustrating at times but I've just learned to mix the formula and shake the bottle over the kitchen sink that way I know if it'll actually leak on the baby. My baby LOVES the bottles so having to go through that is ok with me. :)

  • sure helps me rule some out

  • @mmg378 worst issue for me with them is they leak like mad

  • @lanj0721 the milky bottles with the ring are anti colic

    the ring helps air flow

its also to stop the leaking problems that they had with the older honeycomb bottles

first and formost the ring is a seal to stop leakage and cats as an anti colic valve
