@MrCreativeKev1 They do indeed have these in the USA. Albeit their just 2 or 3 pup trailers rather than full sized trailers, their still considered to be a "road train" to most people

@tripjet999 Not sure about the rail situation in Australia (where most of the population lives on the coast to begin with), but in some cases it may not make sense to make a railroad that goes to some more remote parts of the country. Every situation is different.
