***PLEASE CRITIQUE*** I've always wanted to box and lately I've been getting back into shape and decided to get a bag. I don't have any way of knowing if what I'm doing is correct so I'm looking for some critique. I would like some productive feedback... please tell me what I'm doing wrong and how to improve it. I'll keep posting cause it's real fun and a great workout!!! Thanks!

  • ur too tense on ur shoulders lmao

  • looks great man. only thing I would say is try to keep your weight on your back foot slightly more, and maybe include a little head movement every now and then. other than that it looks pretty good!

  • Looks really good, remember when one arm fires the other stays up to protect the face, a lot of the times you do a right hook followed by a cross / jab the other arm is sitting at waist level, also with your feet, get familiar with moving one step at a time, lead foot steps, back foot follows, regardless of direction

    Also keep your back foot planted, one of the most common mistakes is to lift the back foot off the ground, this is the inital source of the power, keep it planted and drive through.
