That sometimes happens on my 5D to. Maybe yours is worse than mine I don't know. This is a quality issue and something I have noticed but never been troubbled by while shooting. If you are "determined" and not to light fingered than there's no problem. If you want to be real light on the trigger not to vibration while shooting with a long telelens i put my camera to enable mirror lockup and i use the selftimer function. Cheers
