Wing Chun Trapping Hands(pac sao,wu sao,bong sao)

This is a brief description of a basic way to understand the centerline of Wing Chun Kung Fu and use the trapping hands that are broken up into 5 primary traps,3 spiltting hands(complex),and 4 minor half traps.Here we discuss the first few involved in the journey to become adept at wing chun trapping.Pac sao(slap hand deflection),wu sao(guard hand deflection),and bong sao(wing arm defection)

My Wing Chun comes from Master Dun Wah(Sunny Tang),who trained under Grand Master Moy Yat,Who trained under Great Grand Master of Wing Chun Yip Man.My Jeet Kune Do comes from Master Lamar Davis who trained with 4 original Bruce Lee Students,Guru Scott Little who trained under Guru Paul Vunak who trained under Grand Master Dan Inosanto.Also Guru Brian "buzz" Smith who also trained under Inosanto.different interpretations of wingchun and JKD..and i loved them all!
