Thanks or this video. I like the explanation. Can you tll me what is the purpose of the opposite grip? Should it switch off?

The purpose is to increase your grip strength, so that the hamstrings will fatigue before the grip gives out. Switching supposedly helps symmetry, but I don't think there is a need to, unless you are a serious BB on drugs/steroids
