Ross, take some advice from an amature. The message is good. However, the Delivery - reading cards from somoene on their knees in fron of U is distracting. A simple way 2 make it look better.

Ross, it is blatantly obvious that you are reading off of cue cards located below the camera and that you were not able to do this speech in one cut
