Bloomington, IL The Smoke Free IL Act Does Not Apply Here

Over a year and a half after the passage of the Smoke-Free Illinois Act, and after several well documented violations at this establishment, it would appear even before, during and after the alleged bar owner leaves the premises, the violations continue. And one violation appears to be one of his own staff right in front of him. Have these people been fined? Are you serious, some violations occured right in front of local law enforcement, who have even helped materially in the violation themselves (see other videos). You have just entered another dimension, one in which normal laws that apply to everyone else, no longer apply, an ordinance free zone, yes you have entered the bar-zone.
