The Trümmelbach waterfalls are the only accessible waterfalls inside a mountain in Europe. A spectacular 20,000 litres of water are falling down every second, coming from glaciers on the mountains Eiger (3970 m), Mönch (4099 m) and Jungfrau (4158 m). The water is very cold (2 degrees Celsius; 36 degrees Fahrenheit).
