The complete Inner Engineering has two parts.
Part One

It is a way to bring your entire system into alignment so that your mind, body, emotions and energy function in complete harmony. Never before has this process been available to the public. Today, under the guidance of Sadhguru, a realized yogi, all those who have prepared themselves through the online classes will have access to this potent process in the committed atmosphere of the 2-day Shambhavi Mahamudra program.
