Umm... that turtle is on the verge of death !
Firstly, female sea turtles only come ashore to lay eggs.... at night. The Green Turtle in this day-time video is very much a juvenile so is not there to lay eggs.
Secondly, a healthy sea-turtle would have reacted with fright if it was approached like that.
Thirdly, it is well known that Hawaii turtle population is suffering from tumour diseases.
I sure hope the local wildlife rescue got to the poor animal in time to do something :-(
