I think Hank Jr did the right thing. If he had stayed singing only his dad's songs like the people wanted, he would be only a shadow of what he is today. May God Bless Bocephus and the Devil play second fiddle. The man can bring the goose bumps both with the old and with the new. He's a god dam American icon hands down.
