There's really no point in commenting that HD is pointless for this vid when we can all see the difference by clicking on 360p then 720p
maybe some people are just blinded by their ignorance

song sounded like tiny toon adventures. lol.

Yes ,I understand that ,But by using the word pointless their logic is demonstrably flawed which is what I'm pointing out.
-
Yep i agree - this was technically the top of the C64's game.

@P5BDeluxeWiFi The only thing "HD" does here is get rid of all the compression artifacts, so in the real sense of the word "HD" it /is/ pointless, and that's what people are pointing out. It's sad that YouTube mangles "non-HD" videos so badly...

@ToricoUK Flux Capacitor you can order from Vesalia Computer. it's called Chameleon 64. google it ;)
-
@harleykman It has higher specs than that actually, but one reason is that YouTube compresses the hell out of anything that is less than 720p, so by scaling up low resolution material and uploading as 720p you get a sharp video with all details preserved.

I feel like sutch an idiot, i never knew you could go down the thing that looks like a yellow sandy waterfall, it never dwned on me even once. Sometimes i played this for hours going from one end of the level to the oher, not getting anywhere and wondering "well just what the hell am i supposed to do?"
HD? Why? Commodore=64 specs (160x240) are no higher than a fuzzy VHS tape (~320x480)
.
There's really no point putting it in HD, unless ypu're trying to eliminate compression artifacts (macroblocking, mosquitos, etc)

Dude C64 is true HD, you need to enter a secret poke command after attaching a Flux Capacitor to the cartridge slot, it's future proofed.

when this game came out the c64 was already ten years old. this one really pushed the envelope.

@senorverde09 true, it's like when consoles reach the full potential at the end of their lifespan.
