hello there, i'm guessing you've removed the dash to do this? care to provide instructions how? it'd be much appreciated!

dash wasnt removed, just took out the speaker and the sat nav is a straight fit, then bought a smaller speaker from volvo to go in front of the sat nav and routed cables from glove box up to the unit, then wired the remote sensor to the sat nav remote sensor shown in the speaker grille

i used the volvo rti screen and stripped the lcd and internals, fitting my own necvox 6" screen and connected the i.r. of the new screen to the volvo ir, then powered the 12v screen motor off the cig lighter with a toggle switch to invert the feed, the screen has two rca inputs, i inouted the sat nav on one and the dvd player to the other, took a while but worth it in the end
