Part 3 of an 18-minute documentary made in 1998 in Toronto exploring creative urban cultures in the context of homelessness and risk. Documents an outdoor art festival called Planet Struck, that was produced by with and for at risk youth in Toronto, and everybody else. It was held outside beneath the Bathurst St. viaduct near Lakeshore in Toronto. This powerful video features Toronto's very best breakdancing, MCing and graffiti circa 1998, as well as powerful street theatre by Cobblestone Youth Theatre, songs, rants and much more.
