AOA Convention

We traveled down to the AOA Million Dollar Trade Show and Educational Conference at the Long Beach Convention Center. We went through almost every vendor's booth to learn about the products and services that they offered. We found some interesting products offered by a company called Watermiser that helps conserve the amount of water that is used. It increases the water pressure for the appearance of a lot of water coming out when in reality it uses less water. Our tenants will appreciate the higher powered water for their showers, and our investors will appreciate the savings in water usage. Water prices have been going up astronomically recently and we do not see this trend slowing down in the future. Forget oil, water is the newest scarce commodity!
