Dam man, it was good seeing that again. Saturdays at 3pm(?), WNEW channel 5 New York. I also remember that little clip @ 0:30. It usually (not all the time) meant a martial arts flick was coming on.

They should bring that back man!

@euphonial That's the Promenade piece from Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition. I know because that piece was used for the bumpers on RCA Selectavision Videodiscs.
