yes but you dont want to use fast shutter speeds, you want to slow it down to about 1/60 or slower and get your panning skills up to top notch because other wise the wheels dont look like they are moving and leave the images motionless

can you use a flash (a proper one obviously)? or do you have to have a fast lens? thanks (I'm studying photography).

if you read it says practice im not saying their all perfect im just showing how im trying new things! this was my first year and at 15 i think im not going to be great am i?

Sorry I took so long to reply... but yeah I'm going to go out this year to nearly all the rallys near by (which should be good lol ) and thinking about getting a 70-200 f/2,8 .. Good luck with your photos!! see ya' round =)

yee you can use a flash but the flash limits my DSLR to a shutter speed of 200 as it may do to otheres but you also could use remote flash not conected to the camera, but i am no proffesional just started my slef this year
