Eclipse Fujitsu-Ten AVX2404

Faulty product faulty service...I have tried for over a year to have my faulty AVX2404 replaced or refunded by Eclipse Fujitsu-Ten and Mobile Car Audio in Aiea, Hawaii.. even with evidence in hand both parties refuse to resolve this problem. This is 1 of 4 videos to support my case.
This is the original AVX2404 with 1 video brain for each monitor (2x) MCA has already upgraded RCAs and tried a video amp when this video was taken.
I was told it could be an "internal faulty video switch" doesn't matter Eclipse did not honor their 3yr warranty and only reimbursed 1/2 of what I paid even though the problem was brought to their attention several months after purchase. Now they only offer a 1 year warranty on their products.
