  • yagi-uda lol.. Yes they are extremely difficult to build for wifi AFTER 3 or 4 elements.. most good 15+ dbi yagi's for wifi are 13+ elements :-(

    designed one in yagi builder by the centimeter, turns out if you look at a yagi, the elements are the wavelenght... aka 2437mhz is 6cm, the driver and refector is 6cm.. all the elements form to a waveguide, the first after the driven is a higher multiple.. the rest follow ..

    full wave, 5/8" wave 2.5mm down 1/2 wave 2.5mm down 1/4 wave...like sawtooth

  • Hey sunurban, I think I am going to make a 2.4GHz yagi. It's for a schoolproject, we are getting acces to the workplace. We'll use a CNC or a milling machine.
