I don't think that Cortez is Racist Soto. He's just a fool who made quite a big mistake that with hang over him until the end of his career. The only racist move was not awarding the belt to Lorenzo. Rules are rules and he won, and if he was Mexican instead of Dominican I'm pretty sure he'd have that belt right now.
