Randy Chambers - Tribute To Randy Rhoads - RHOADS TO OZZ - 2008

Their's a tribute band to every mega rock star. In 2007 with the 25th anniversary of Randy Rhoads' death approaching I thought it would be cool to pay homage to him and attempt to recreate his technical prowess, tone, and image the best I can to give a glimpse of what it must've been like to see him live. I researched YouTube to see if anyone had done this before and found a few Ozzy tributes with Randy-esque guitar players but those bands also played songs of the Jake and Zakk era.
March 19th came and I got on the phone and booked the 1st show. I didnt have a band, and no RR gear, but the seed was planted. FLYIN' HIGH AGAIN was born. It was to last only a year but it was just starting to get a buzzr at years end.. I later joined RHOADS TO OZZ and was in both bands. FHA is currently on hiatus but I have recently signed on to perform with RTO once again after nearly two yeas for the RR30 TOUR 2012. RTO will play a warmup show Saturday Nov 5 @ The Key Club in Hollywood.
