well from the videos it doesn't appear that anyone is getting high enough to try tough maneuvers, spirals etc. But thanks for being a smart ass and still not answering the question about height.

As a matter of fact the ground is the "life threatening factor" and not the height. This gliders are NOT going to just fall of the sky !
