WTH? Dude, You didn't finish the whole game. there's 103 missions in all. You were supposed to clear ALL the schools. You didn't clear the game, bra.

What? I did finish the whole game, I finished the storyline. You don't even have to complete all of the schools to complete the game, you only have to complete driving school and flying school.

If you want to get to 100%, you have to complete all of the schools including:

Driving School

Bike School

Boat School

Flying School
