@MsCellany Thanks for sharing that info, certainly a truly raw agave would avoid most of the dangers of most agave syrups on the market. Except that it is not as zero sugar effects as stevia.
Do you know where the agave comes from, and if it is certified organic?
Also, according to Joe Mercola MD, they removed the enzmes from agave so that it doesn't ferment and turn into tequila, do you know how the agave you are referring to holds up ?

While I agree, there is an exception, a company that makes a truly raw agave, unprocessed. Search - Ultimate Food's Real Raw Agave Nectar. Many raw foodists know this. :^)

Please, research agave on the net under the agave hoax, you will find article after article from notables like gary null, joe mercola etc, letting you know about the danger of agave. This is a hoax perpetrated by the same people who got you to think that unfermented soy products and canola oil is good for you, which they are anything BUT !! Be on guard about your food people, it has come to that !
